3 thorough reviews and Consults with our Director of Creative Development, Eric Webb with specific actions items on how to get your script to the next level.
Eric will take your materials, review them, then write up feedback on your concept, character and plot development, suggestions for improvement and beat by beat notes that he has. Eric will send along notes in advance of your session. You will then have a chance to chat about your questions, ideas, and whatever else may be concerning you based on his feedback.
Eric responds to overall concept, character and plot development, dialogue and lyric tone/voice/efficiency, song placement - the whole kit and caboodle.
Consults give you the chance to discuss whatever is most pressing for you. Eric will always sends his notes in advance of in-person sessions so that you have a general sense of where his head is at and you can then form your own questions.
ABOUT ERIC WEBB:
Eric C. Webb is a NYC based writer and dramaturg whose plays and musicals have been produced in NYC and Tokyo. As a dramaturg, Eric has worked with The TheaterMakers Studio and Ken Davenport since 2013 as Director of Creative Development, aiding hundreds of writers and composers in achieving their goals of moving from the page to the stage. Eric also previously served as Artistic Director for March Forth Productions, Literary and Marketing Manager for La Vie Productions, and Dramaturg for Young Playwrights, Inc. Writing projects in development include Rise (with composer Scott Wilkinson), Breakup - The Musical (with composer Stephanie Bianchi), and Thompson/Gifford.
