1. Sponsor
The TheaterMakers Studio Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by The TheaterMakers Studio, located in Glen Head, NY (“Sponsor”). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Meta, Instagram, Facebook, Google, or any other social platform.

 2. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and who own or operate a restaurant or food service business. Employees, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family members of the Sponsor are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

 3. Entry Period
The Giveaway begins on November 12th and ends on November 18th, 2025 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (“Promotion Period”). Entries received before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

 4. How to Enter
Entrants can enter by completing the form available via Meta ads.

Additional entries may be earned by:
Replying to the confirmation email as instructed.

Following @TheaterMakersStudio on Instagram.

Limit one (1) primary entry per person and additional bonus entries as specified.
Automated or fraudulent entries are not permitted and will be disqualified.

 5. Prizes
One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive 12 months enrollment in the Mentorship Mastermind program, including the following benefits. 

• 12 Month Membership in The TheaterMakers Mentorship Mastermind
• 12 Months Membership to The TheaterMakers Studio All Access Pass
• 1 Script Coverage with Eric Webb

Ten (10) Runner-Up Winners will each receive:

• A TheaterMakers prize pack including digital resources, the CRM software and course access, plus up to 70% off the Mentorship Mastermind will be awarded to 10 runners up.

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other services. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances require.

 6. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received, conducted by the Sponsor within [1–10 days] after the Promotion Period ends.

Winner of the Grand Prize will be announced on Instagram at @TheaterMakersStudio and they have 72 hours to claim their prize by emailing [email protected]. Runners Up will be notified via email and/or phone. If a winner does not respond within 72 hours, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will not be chosen.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

 7. General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to:

• Be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor. 
• Release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising partners, and representatives from any and all liability, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance/use of the prize.
• Grant permission to the Sponsor to use their name, business name, likeness, and statements for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these rules.

8. Limitation of Liability
Sponsor is not responsible for technical errors, network issues, or any other problems that may interfere with participation or winner notification.
In no event will Sponsor be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Giveaway or prize use.

9. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Information will not be shared or sold to outside companies. Information collected will be used for marketing purposes by The TheaterMakers Studio.

10. Governing Law
The Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
